Chris has been with for nearly 10 years having spent the previous 8 working in operational roles across the telecoms industry. With global companies Chris focused on the service functions delivering and managing customer services and third party partnership sales channels. His experience and passion of front line services soon meant he developed an appetite for business improvement and took his passion and skills into improving the end-to-end process of the organisations and ultimately the customer experience.

Within, as a Director he is responsible for the development of the organization both of its staff and its clients. As a bright and personable professional, Chris has delivered transformation initiatives within clients, ranging from being part of the management team that designed, built and successfully implemented Central Government Shared Services through to being Transition Manager for the insourcing of a Revenues and Benefits service with ~ 200 staff for a London council.

Chris's passion is in actually making the change happen for the benefit of organisations and customers.

About Chris

A keen family man, married and recently celebrating the birth of their first child, a daughter, he likes to spend time as a family exploring, both locally in Sussex, across the country and abroad.

Having come from a sporting family, Chris first love is football, but is a keen golfer, squash player and cyclist, for the 3rd year completing the Capital to Coast bike ride for Norwood Charity which is a 60 mile jaunt from London to Hove.

An Amazon Kindle convert, he enjoys reading and the Kindle is easy to carry, his favourite author having read all his books is Wilbur Smith and his tales of Africa.
