Jackie has worked for 9 years within the local authority arena in Human Resources, Project Management and Transformation across services such as Housing, Children and Adult services, Income and Revenues and Customer Experience. She has helped senior managers with organisational design, planning and implementation of new ways of working to deliver sustainable benefits for staff, customers and the business.
Prior to this Jackie worked in the leisure sector specifically dealing with recruitment and retention issues. Jackie has extensive experience of TUPE and in advising on new operating models and potential displacement risks. Jackie is passionate about building sustainable change and developing the workforce of the future.
