Prior to working for ValueAdding Richard worked for a number of well-known manufacturing businesses selling products as diverse as glassware, varnish, baby wipes and video tape. He has also worked as an Associate Lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University Business School.
Richard lives in Sheffield with his wife Ann. Originally from Birmingham he lived and worked in Swansea before returning to the city where he was at University.
