Roger was one of the founding directors and shareholders of ValueAdding.com Ltd. Since establishing the company, he has worked with a wide range of clients helping them to create lean organisations, fit for an increasingly competitive environment. In particular he has worked in aerospace both in manufacturing and MRO, helping companies deliver spectacular improvements. He has also worked with a number of public sector organisations including several local authorities helping them to improve the delivery of public services more cost-effectively.
Before his career in consultancy, Roger was CEO of three manufacturing companies, turning each from loss to profitability. The last one comprised the European operations of a private US company, with companies in the UK, Ireland and Germany.
Prior to his two years obtaining a Masters from the London Business School, he spent five years with IBM as a systems analyst. From business school he joined Citibank as Foreign Exchange Treasury Control Manager for two years.
Roger lives in the South West of England where he can enjoy windsurfing and kayaking, when not indulging his interests in other cultures and countries through travel.
He has worked on projects in seven countries ranging from the Middle East to North America which allows someone else to fund his interest in travel!
